4. Pre-Orders

• Pre-order items are not immediately available for shipment

If an order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order may ship once all items are available, unless otherwise stated.

Pre-orders may be non-refundable and non-cancellable once production has begun, unless otherwise required by law. If we are unable to fulfill a pre-order, a full refund will be issued.

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Risk of loss transfers to you once the order is handed to the carrier.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition unless otherwise stated.
